ENTERTAINING
WITH PAMELA

Ingredients: Leaf Lettuce - Green & Red, Carrots, Tomatoes, Olives, Avocados, Egg, Salt & Pepper, Olive Oil and Vinegar.  (For my vegan friends, exclude the egg.)

Cut up or break up the lettuce and place it in the plate, add chopped up tomatoes, add cut up avocado, add chopped up carrots, add sliced olives & egg. Sprinkle on salt & pepper and add olive oil & vinegar.  That is it!  "A Simple Salad - Bon Appetit!"
